The Hawkesbury Canoe Classic (HCC) 2014 was a volunteer opportunity that has enriched my Exercise and Sports Studies internship experience in Australia.
The HCC is a long distance 111km river race. It started inland from Sydney where there are a lot of farms and rolling hills along the river. (more…)

It’s easy to miss fall in Buffalo; you are getting settled in your dorm, studying for the first tests of the semester, or maybe just putting together a unique Halloween costume. Don’t worry! With daylight savings time giving you an extra hour this weekend after your Halloween night festivities, I have the perfect way to spend your fall weekend in Western New York: visiting the Grand Canyon of the East.
