D’Youville has launched a new telehealth program for employees and students called SaintsCare. The service will provide access to 24/7/365 mental telehealth support, with no cost at the time of visit!

Whether you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, you will be able to talk to a mental health provider from your smartphone or any web-enabled device. Below are a few FAQs about SaintsCare.

Q. Who can use SaintsCare?

A. Any D’Youville employee or student.

Q. What services are available?

A.  D’Youville employees have free access to TalkNow, which provides 24/7 on-demand access to a mental health professional to talk about anything at any time.

*D’Youville students have access to TalkNow, Scheduled Counseling (scheduled options to meet to a licensed counselor) and Health Coaching (scheduled options to meet with a nutritional specialist).

Q. How can I access SaintsCare?

A. Employees and students can go to www.saints.care to register with their .edu email address from any web-enabled device – smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. From there you will be able to begin using services via voice or video call.

Q. How much does a visit cost?

A. There is no visit cost for D’Youville employees or students.
